"World's cheapest tablet" launched by Ubislate

Datawind-Ubislate launched UbiSlate 7Ci in the UK, priced at just £29.99.
This is originally part of a program by the Indian government to bring cheap tablets to educational uses. Many of you may be aware of AAKASH-2 tablet, basically the 7Ci is commercial version of it.
According to Ubislate, this will be the "world's cheapest tablet"

Standard 7 inch display with 800x480 WVGA resolution
4GB internal storage
supports microSD cards.
Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich(but looking at official image it seems to have gingerbread looking UI)

price is around £30~3k INR.
It has all fetures you can have in sub 3k tablet. ッ
